Non-Surgical Eyelid Rejuvenation

The upper and lower eyelid area is one of the most noticed features of the face and one of the most delicate to treat. Non-surgical eyelid rejuvenation uses a combination of carefully placed Botox to lift the brow and open the eye, under-eye filler to reduce hollowing, and RF or laser treatments to tighten crepey eyelid skin. The approach is conservative and anatomy-specific.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Botox lift a drooping eyelid?

Botox can lift the brow, which indirectly opens the upper eyelid and reduces the appearance of hooding caused by brow descent. If the hooding is primarily from excess eyelid skin (dermatochalasis), Botox has limited effect and surgical blepharoplasty may be a better long-term solution. We assess the cause of hooding at consultation to recommend the most appropriate treatment.

Is the under-eye area safe to treat with filler?

Yes, with careful technique. The tear trough is a high-skill treatment area. We use soft hyaluronic acid filler, conservative volumes, and precise placement to minimize the risk of puffiness or migration. Filler in this area is fully reversible with hyaluronidase. A detailed consultation and anatomy assessment are required before any under-eye treatment.
